We are now searching for a Floor Manager to support the Store Leader in ensuring the store exceeds sales targets whilst delivering a high level of customer care at all times.

Major Responsibilities

  • Champion your Store Team Members (STMs), providing inspiration and direction at all times.
  • Support the delivery of exemplary customer service and connect the right member of the team with the needs of the customer.
  • Manage your daily available resources ensuring the smooth flow and operation of the shop floor covering both sales and service.
  • Ensure the stores merchandising looks its best at all times.
  • Ensure your STMs look, act and perform in a consistent manner befitting of our premium brand and that they always offer the best advice and support to our customers.
  • Work in conjunction with the Store Leader to exceed your targets and KPIs, thus returning the highest contribution.
  • Ensure your shop floor is 'Ready to Trade’ e.g. front of house areas, benches, pods, furniture are correct.
  • Ensure all customer complaints and returns are dealt with appropriately.
  • Actively develop the skills and techniques of your team through regular training, coaching and reviews, including the expert delivery of PersonalTrainer lessons.
  • Advise and guide your team through the Company's core principles and policies.
  • Proactively manage first level Employee Relations matters (ER) such as investigations, performance management, and reviews.
