My Client, a market leading UK based Consultancy which specialises in Flood Risk, Hydrology and Drainage is searching for a Flood Risk Consultant to join the team in Telford.

Candidates are required to have a MSc and/or BSc in a relevant discipline including Environmental Management, Hydrology or Civil Engineering and have experience working within UK based Consultancy completing Flood Risk Assessments and Surface Water Management Plans.

It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller or Tuflow or Drainage Design using Microdrainage.

This exciting Hydrology opportunity will offer you the chance to join a specialist UK based Consultancy based in Telford to complete varied Hydrological, Surface Water, Flood Risk and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Housing Developers.

You will be required to complete technical work including Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications, Flood Estimation, Hydrological Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Catchment Management Plans and Hydraulic Modelling using Hec-Ras, Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow Training will be provided by the specialist team to develop modelling and drainage skills.

Also, you will have the opportunity to attend site visits and liaise with Clients.
