As a support worker you will be delivering care and support with a difference. Ranging from personal care to meeting social needs, making a real difference to someone's life.
Various shifts are available: Early, Late, Long Day, Waking Night and Sleep In's
All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asphergers and Challenging Behaviour.
Duties include: prompting personal care, promoting independence, report writing, supporting adults in the community, completing risk assessments, organising activities and assisting with mealtime routines. Maintaining safe environment for all adults, experience of managing challenging behaviour and experience working 121 or 2to1 support.
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference check.
