Flexible Working - Qualified Social Worker - £159/day

NonStop's client, based in the North East of England near the coast, is looking for Fully Qualified Social Workers to join their Child Protection Team.

Your Role:

This is a locum opportunity offering up to £159 per day, depending on experience, in a local authority with a great level of staff retention so you'll be around a stable team with excellent managerial support to help you carry out you role to the highest standard and provide a life changing service for children in need in the area.

Unique to this role is that the Local Authority are also offering flexible working hours (leave early finish early etc) or even offer 4 day weeks. On top of that you will be based near the coast in a beautiful location with great areas to explore and relax by after work.

Key tasks:

  • Attending Court
  • Working with Public Law Outline (PLO)
  • Single Assessments
  • Chairing Child Protection conferences
  • Child Protection meetings
  • Case conferences
  • Section 47s

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
  • Post qualification in the UK experience
  • Court Work experience
  • HCPC registration
  • Full Clean driving license

Those with extensive experience may also be considered for a more senior role, meaning instant progression and a higher income.
