Being a Relief Staff member, you are under no obligation to accept the hours offered to you, however we value commitment and reliability. Your manager will offer shifts in your preferred location with as much notice as possible but you might be contacted on an ad-hoc basis when shift cover is needed. As such, the hours may not be guaranteed.

How can I make a difference?
This opportunity can be a stepping stone to a rewarding career in support. You will act as a role model for the people we support. You will build positive relationships by helping them make a transition into independent living and advise on move on options. You will provide advice with budgeting and money management, including welfare benefits, as well as support them in a practical way, with regards to day to day living skills.
