Fleet Sales Administrator

Automotive Fleet Sales Administrator required in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £16,000- £18,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

We require a Fleet Sales Administrator required for a busy Dealership in Huntingdon. Ideally you will be an existing motor trade administrator from a franchise dealer with fleet or retail but applications are welcome from applicants who have a strong administrative background as full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Process the sale of new orders and vehicles in the fleet division
  • To provide full support to the sales team
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly
  • Preparing and producing invoices

Requirements;

Good Organisational skills

Good attention to detail

Strong administrative skills with experience in the motor trade
