Fleet Administrator role based in Cambridge

Your new company
The Company is the U.K.'s largest independent tail lift and commercial vehicle fleet service and support organisation. They now have over 150 mobile vans covering the UK to provide a 24/7 response to a diverse customer base including 12,000 assets on fleet managed packages. This leading organisation are now looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team.

Your new role
To be a successful candidate in the role of Fleet Administrator you will need to provide support to the compliance team, with all administration requirements within the Fleet Management Division. This could include liaising and working alongside both Suppliers and the Customer, ensuring that all queries and tasks are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism. Other key aspects of the role include: Maintaining all in-house excel spread sheets; preparing and summarising daily reports and analysing the data; supporting the management of Service/MOT Planners with accurate inputting of data. This will also involve excellent front-line customer handling skills and the ability to build strong and long lasting relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your role as Fleet Administrator, you should have a strong level of administrative experience, preferably within the transport or automotive industry; have experience of database management and knowledge of the Kerridge system would be invaluable. You should have strong written and verbal skills and excellent IT skills with an advanced level of Excel.

The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £18,000 per annum depending on experience, and an excellent benefit package including pension and life assurance.
