Due to expansion they are currently seeking an experienced Fleet and Transport Manager.
You will have at least 10 + demonstrable years experience gained within B2B fleet management as the role will require the successful candidate to:
Manage the day to day activity within the Transport Hub including liaising with drivers, and internal and external 3rd party stakeholders.
Lead a programs of change management to include clarifying best practice and demonstrating the behaviours that will signify the new way of working.
Liaising up and down the chain of command to ensure that there is a clear line of communication so that the message from the board is clear on the shop floor.
You are an experienced manager who has worked in a number of roles across Fleet Management and is now looking for a new professional challenge:
The successful candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills.
You are comfortable leading from the front whilst being part of the group.
You are able to demonstrate a track record of delivering excellence and facilitating change with a robust B2B environment.
You are used to overseeing a 100 plus vehicle B2B operation and have experience of all of the related issues and challenges.
