Your new company
My client are a multi national manufacturer of specialist health and environmental products, with a large technical customer support team based in Northampton. Due to company growth they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
Working on the contract of a key client, you will be responsible for managing the day to day contractual requirements of your customer, providing internal and external customers with recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies via extensive data analysis and reporting. You will also provide support to the sales force and engineering team, consistently meeting their expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong data analysis skills, be able to interpret data and seek areas for improvement, excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner will also be valuable. As you will need to present back data to the Senior Management team and client you will need to be confident speaking and presenting in front of others. Good knowledge of IT systems including Excel is also required.
