Our client, a renowned and innovative specialist business, are recruiting a Fleet Administrator to work in their busy, vibrant office based in West Leeds. This is a professional, challenging and exciting role working with a very busy and fast paced environment. The role will suit a hardworking and focused individual, able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and delivering first class processing skills.

As a Fleet Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Updating Customer Records on the internal database with high attention to detail
  • Liaising with customers and clients
  • Responding to a high volume of data administration
  • Managing team inboxes
  • Providing the correct legal documentation for customers travelling abroad
  • Filing correspondence as necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your colleagues and other external contacts

Ideally for this position of Fleet Administrator, you will have experience of working in a customer focussed environment, working under pressure and to company targets and have excellent customer service and administration skills. You must be available to work in 8:45am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and must also possess the following skills and experience:

  • A process-led, structured attitude to your work
  • Excellent telephone and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a professional knowledge of Excel
  • Team player and ability to work from own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
