Fleet Administrator

Due to an internal promotion my client a leading service provider are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator. You will be working on a temporary to permanent basis, the salary bracket is between £23K-£28K

The position is based in London (EC2A). Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Your main responsibilities will be: -

  • Supporting the UK procurement function relating to cars

  • Supporting regions with any issues regarding processing of invoices

  • Update and maintain a national fleet list

  • Processing invoices

  • Raising purchase order numbers

  • Assisting and supporting Project Managers

  • Updating internal database and all manual filing

  • Assisting and supporting any compliance projects

  • Organising the head office pool of vehicles

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills. You must have working knowledge at an intermediate level on Excel as you will be updating and retrieving data. A full UK driving licence is also required.
