An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fleet Administrator in Huntingdon
Your duties will include:
Ensuring compliance with defect procedures.
Logging daily vehicle checks.
Ensuring valid Road Fund and O License disks are displayed.
Making sure vehicle damage profiles are in place for each asset and are checked.
Coordinating vehicle accident procedures.
Liaising with insurance department and 3rd parties.
Provide information for weekly review meetings.
Compiling KPIs relating to fleet costs.
Maintaining vehicle files.
Adhering to Health and Safety standards
Load van on to Dealer Mgmt system and follow it through (Delivery/transport/check-in sheet/V5/Service ticket)
Following Sale of van (invoice out of stock)
Requirements: Ability to work under pressure, Strong IT skills, Knowledge of fleet legislation preferred but not essential. Excellent time management and communication skills, good organisational skills and a methodical.
