Exciting role available in Chorley

My client based in Chorley has a rare and exciting vacancy for an Administrator to join their small fleet team on a permanent basis.

You will provide administrative support to the fleet team assisting with printing and scanning paperwork, recording mileage, recharging damages made to vehicles, dealing with speeding tickets. You will be receiving calls from customers requiring assistance and therefore you must be able to display empathy. The company firmly believe that customer is king!

You must be very presentable, professional and be courteous with a friendly telephone manner. You will have experience in an administrative/customer service role ideally within a fleet role where customer re-charges were a part of the role. However full training will be given. You will also have a grade A-C Maths and English GCSE.

The hours of work are 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch. Salary is between £17,000-19,000 dependant on experience.
