First Response Claims Handler

McIver Scott recruitment are now looking to recruit First Response Claims Handlers for a well established Insurer in Liverpool City Centre

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join an expanding company that focuses on developing their employees and providing a top class service.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be :-


- Take full details of RTA claim
- Decide liability
- Promote services including: Hire and Repair
- Make referrals to third parties regarding property damage and personal injury

You must have:

  • Previous Motor Claims experience within First Response or similar background
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Call centre/ call handling background
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
  • PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
  • Ability to work as a team


Salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be offered accordingly. £17k - £21k.

You will work between 9am - 8pm on a 4 week shift pattern including working 1 in 4 weekends.
