We are currently recruitment for a very large and expanding client of ours in the Newcastle area Dealing with numerous products within the Motor Insurance sector this is an outstanding career opportunity within Insurance. The ideal candidate will have insurance or claims experience.

Your responsibilities:
As a First Response Handler / First Notification of Loss advisor it is essential that you are responsive to calls coming in from people making a claim. It is essential that you take all relevant information from new claims, strong customer service skills is essential.

Day to Day duties:
"First response and dealing with incoming calls and setting-up new claims.
"Collect all information / data correctly and recording this allowing a speedy process from start to finish on claims.
"Manage inbound calls from policy holders and third parties professionally to determine any liability and move forward in a positive manner to reduce any potential costs of the claim
"Makes outbound telephone calls when appropriate for an early closure of files.
"Setting up of new claims
