Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit First Response Advisors to work within a busy insurance organisation based within North Tyneside.
Your role will be to respond to incoming telephone calls and the accurate setting-up of new claims.
Accurate data recording allowing speedy process of claims through to closure to obtain optimum settlement.
Managing inbound telephone calls from policyholders and third parties in a professional manner, to quickly ascertain any liability and move forward in a positive manner ensuring all relevant information to reduce any cost to the claim.
Making outbound telephone calls when appropriate to assist in promoting of early closure of files.
Accurate setting up of new claims.
The applicant for this role must have good communication skills, assertive telephone manner to maximise the volume of calls taken. Ability to take ownership of possible problem issues. Good knowledge of liability issues allowing decisions to be made which are accurate and sustainable. Familiar with CPR and how the rules impact on the claims handling process and basic knowledge of RTA.
This role will be working Monday to Friday with overtime at weekends paid at enhanced rates.
