Your new role
You will responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, directing callers to appropriate people and resolving questions and issues. You will respond to enquiries from clients and insureds received by phone, letter, e-mail or fax (where possible) in a courteous and helpful manner and ensure that all information is obtained and communicated correctly. You will validate policy details and set up new legal expenses insurance claims on the Claims Management System. You will receive and distribute post and incoming emails. You will scan and index all incoming claims post. You will maintain accurate data on the Claims Management System. You will be responsible for maintaining secure, efficient and accurate filing systems. You will type letters/memos/emails/ and deal with correspondence as appropriate. You will greet visitors, arrange for refreshments for visitors and deal with deliveries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional telephone manner, excellent organisational and time keeping skills. You will be confident to own tasks without supervision and have experience of using all Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience in Administration or Customer Service, experience of working in a busy office environment and knowledge of Legal Expenses is desirable
What you'll get in return
A salary of between £15,00 - £17,000
