First Response Administrator (Bolton)
£12,000 - £15,000 (experience dependant) + employee appreciation bonus
Looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join a rapidly expanding, independent building surveying organisation based in the heart of Bolton.
Fast growing, friendly company with a focus on promotional/training opportunities.
You will be working in a busy office environment assisting our client's customer service and adminastraive function. This will involve taking enquiries via phone and handling the associated administration for appointment scheduling, general enquiries and checking data regarding customer's property claims.
Strong written and verbal skills are a must, you will be required to prepare insurance documentation for mail, update data onto the claims management system, and offer a superb customer service experience. Full training and a friendly team provided.

- Customer service or business administration experience
- Proven telephony abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisation
