£16,000 to £18,000 (Depending on experience)
Monday to Friday - 10:00am to 18:00pm or 09:00am to 17:00pm with a 1 in 3 Saturday - 09:00am to 13:00pm
Our client who have been trading for over 10 years within the insurance and claims sector are looking for both experienced and non-experienced claims handlers who can add value to their business and in return offer you a fantastic opportunity to progress with the company for many years to come.
Overview of the role:
To receive inbound calls from non-fault clients and log the claim accurately in accordance with service level agreements.
To provide a professional and efficient service to the client and identify opportunities to offer services appropriate to the client's needs and in line with business expectations.
Offer advice to the clients and provide options based on information provided.
To ensure all services offered and follow-up work is processed in a timely manner and meets service level agreements and client expectations and to enter accurate data into relevant information systems (pro-claim, outlook etc.).

The hours of work for these opportunities would be between the hours of 09:00am to 17:00pm and a 10:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 3 Saturday which is 09:00am to 13:00pm.
