The role of First Line Support Technician is vital to our ongoing business success. Being at the cutting edge of IT innovation, with recognition for with the accolade of the Queens Award for Enterprise: Innovation in 2016, it is extremely important to us that we have 100% availability of our IT systems and equipment for our stakeholders. You will be one of our go to people for our IT needs, for all of our divisions; we know that you will need to have an absolute passion for the timely delivery of an amazing IT experience. You will be an extremely proficient communicator, with superb attention to detail, confident with prioritisation, naturally "can do" and instinctively know when to utilise the expertise around you to win. Wearing many IT hats, running at 100 miles an hour and being in the thick of things will be extremely important to you and you will value recognition for personal success.
We are dedicated to our employees achieving their career ambitions and will provide you with extensive on the job technical training along with competency and behavioural learning. You do not need to have prior grounds maintenance experience. IT First Line Support experience and knowledge will be advantageous.
