First Line Support Engineer
Salary: £16,000 - £25,000
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
I'm currently seeking a technically literate, highly motivated client facing support engineer. You will act as the first point of contact for IT enquiries using an ITIL based framework, delivering excellent customer service and meeting/exceeding service level targets detailed in the SLA.
This role will be a great oppotunity progress in your IT career as lots of training will be provided including funding of microsoft certifications.
I am interested in candidates that have all levels of working expierence within the IT sector
This Role is a great career step for someone who has just completed a 1 year IT apprentiship or their first year of work within the IT sector.
