First Line Support Analyst (Applications) - Digital/Azure/SQL

Birmingham - £22,000-26,000

We are recruiting an First Line Support Analyst for our client, a leading technology business who are disrupting their sector and growing their market share within the UK.

You will join a small support team that is the first point of contact for providing 1st line technical advice and support for our in-house developed software and Microsoft Windows / office solutions to our Local Property Experts out in the field and Head Office staff. You ideally will have experience of carrying out SQL queries and working within a structured ITIL environment.

You'll be working in a relaxed office: beanbags, sofas, standing desks, etc. - not your classic cut through corporate environment. The company really value their staff and want to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.
