We have an amazing opportunity for a Fire Safety Inspector to join our dynamic team in Swansea! We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Fire safety and the importance of building compliance and the work that we do.

What will you do?

You will be a key member within the Compliance team, reporting to the Property Compliance Manager, working collaboratively across the Group divisions to ensure effective use of resources, excellent service delivery and provision of data and information to senior management and health and safety forums.

You will undertake fire preventative equipment testing such as: - Fire Alarm, Emergency light, AOV and smoke Alarm testing & report on any maintenance requirements within Pobl buildings. You will also undertake regular safety inspections relating to fire safety and general health and safety.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Fire safety and the importance of building compliance and the work that we do. You must be a team player able to support the other members of the Compliance Team. Experienced in managing multiple tasks at any given time, organisational skills and an ability to prioritise is key. We are looking for someone who is customer focused and understands the importance of keeping people safe in their homes.

You must hold a relevant professional qualification e.g. Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment or demonstrate significant experience from a previous role.

A full driving license is essential for this role.
