I am recruiting on behalf of a college who are looking for a Fire Emergency and Security Systems Assessor.  

The college are looking for experienced industry specialists within the filed who have an assessing qualification or are prepared to an obtain one via the college.

This is an existing opportunity for candidates who have considered assessing but do not have the qualification to do so.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Interview Date: ASPA

Contract: Temporary ongoing with the view to a permanent contract.

Location: Manchester

Hours: Negotiable (Part-time or Full-time)

Pay: Highly competitive

The college are looking for a candidate’s with experience in Alarms or Fire or Security Systems. The new Assessor will be teaching, assessing and supporting learners to achieve their Level 3 qualification.

Skills the apprentices will learn will include;

  • Electrical and electronic principles
  • Installing, testing and maintaining different systems
  • System technologies
  • Using ICT tools and equipment
  • Communications
  • Specialist fire, security fire and emergency lighting or fire and security technician skills
  • Health and safety practices
