Fire Compliance Manager - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint an Interim Fire Compliance Manager based in the Merseyside area

Fire Compliance Manager - About The Role:

  • Monitor the delivery of the Fire Safety function including the management of relevant contracts to ensure full compliance
  • Undertake the role of responsible person in relation to the Groups statutory obligations for Fire Safety and leading the compliance officers and coordinator to ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Report on compliance contracts, implementing the appropriate performance framework for each contract
  • Analyse, assess and interpret risk assessment recommendations for high level risks across the Group
  • Commission work from both internal colleagues and external contractor

Fire Compliance Manager - What You Need:

  • In depth knowledge of Fire Safety and RRO within Social Housing
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building strong working relationships
  • Able to manage contracts, budgets and have a clear understanding of risk management and compliance
  • You will also hold a relevant fire safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire certified, Diploma/Certification in Applied Fire Risk Assessment)
