FinTech/ Digital Media Head-hunter - Entry-Level
In search for candidates to start immediately in an entry and experienced level position as a Trainee Head-hunter for a Specialist FinTech Recruitment firm. This is an opportunity for enthusiastic, ambitious graduates to be a part of a fast-growing company that are the market leaders in their sector. Already with a headcount of 500 and offices in London, New York and Munich, their goal is to double in size in the next 5 years and branch out, gaining global status, achievable through backing from a massive Private Equity firm.
In view of their expansion plans, they are looking to bring in a number of graduates into a fast-paced environment with a strong established client base following an extensive training process. This role will allow the successful applicant rapid career Progression as well as the opportunity to earn over £35,000 in their first year.
In addition to a basic salary of £22,000, their company also offer a lucrative commission structure, with the potential to earn £35,000+ in the first year, and other incentives, such as:
Lunch clubs (Half day off work and a trip to a 5* Michelin restaurant)
