Finnish/ Norwegian Customer Service Executive

Our client , global leader in premium, luxury and sports eyewear is currently looking for Norwegian and/or Finnish Customer Service Executive to join their fantastic office in St Albans.

The Role
As customer service executive, you will work as part of the Customer Services team to deliver service against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators. You will provide any stakeholders (external and internal customers) with a best in class service, and you will positively and significantly contribute to the overall Customer Experience

The successful candidate will have number of core accountabilities in the role, including:
*Handling inbound enquiries by telephone & email;
*Support customers to insert orders in My Luxottica
*Answering all question regarding the Luxottica products and processes
*Maintain highest level of proactive service - every order is a custom order already sold. Every order is important.
*Handle after sales queries and special requests
*Liaise with the Italy and USA ophthalmic technical support teams
*Proactive Outbound calls:
*- Delay information
*- Out of Stock communications
*- Upselling and Cross-selling activities
*Representing the organization as best in class;
*Offering suggestions and advice e.g. where the customers original choice in no longer available, or viable, make suggestions and recommendations in order to maximize revenue opportunities for both us and the customer.
*Working as a team to assist the department in achieving its core KPI's;
*Exceeding customer expectations no matter the type of enquiry;
*Making each customer feel that nothing is too much trouble for us;
*Maximising sales opportunities - store training, staff training, commercial propositions, etc
*Significantly contributing to the departments revenue targets through individual performance.
*Supporting other areas of the CIC where and when necessary

The Candidate

*have strong IT skills and technologically aware
*have two years customer service experience in a commercial environment;
*have evidence of working in a target driven environment;
*have an excellent telephone manner;
*be self-motivated;
*have great organizational skills;
*have an outgoing personality;
*work well on their own initiative;
*have experience of working in a team environment;
