Are you experienced in metal polishing and electroplating?
Our client, a leading hardware manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Finishing Operative to join their team in Crawley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in working with brass and other metals to contribute to a company renowned for its craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use hand and powered tools to finish the surface of metal products (primarily brass) to specified standards.
  • Inspect parts for quality control to ensure they meet the company's exacting requirements.
  • Apply protective wax coatings to finished parts.
  • Operate an electroplating plant to apply nickel and chrome finishes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in metal polishing and electroplating.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team.
  • A proactive and professional attitude.

What's On Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
