Our Client an expanding Fine Art Shipping Company are looking for a General Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all operations of the Fine Art department.
  • Provide budget estimates and planning for company expenses and outgoings.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.
  • Provide and develop operational improvements and strategy.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 and team meetings, managing performance and Personal Development Plans.

Skills required:

  • Full knowledge of the Fine Art Shipping industry, essential.
  • Previous management experience, required.
  • Previous P&L responsibilities, required.
