Financial Systems Helpdesk Analyst Urgently required by Top 30 city based law firm.
Successful candidate will have existing experience gained ideally in a law firm or professional services firm.
You will have experience of supporting Aderant, Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise and have used a call-logging system.
It is desirable to have previous SQL knowledge/experience.
Day to day tasks will include
Diagnosing and resolving faults
Assisting with identifying training opportunities
Regular liaison with other departments
Working to ensure calls are responded within service guidelines
Resolving issues remotely
