Financial Services Wealth Planning Administrator (Up to £33k depending on experience)

An opportunity for an experienced Wealth Planning Administrator has arisen within a well-established and successful prestige Wealth Management practice, specialising in priding itself on the quality of service and understanding of the needs of clients. You will be an efficient, ambitious and proactive team player who can provide the highest levels of client service to deliver day to day operations and support the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop within a fantastic company.

The role will involve the following:

  • Supporting Client Management
  • Supporting the Wealth Planning Executives
  • Preparing client communications and valuations
  • Responsible for data entry and keeping client records updated
  • Inputting new business in line with company and FCA compliance regulations.
  • Supporting the Wealth Planning Executives
  • Organising and co-co-ordinating diaries for the Wealth Planners

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Level 4 recognised Wealth Planning qualification or working towards
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning/ Wealth Management Administration
  • Objective orientated
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion
