Our clients, a privately owned and established business with strong growth plans, are seeking an inspirational Leader, one that understands the needs of the customer, the seller and the business. This leader must be highly organised and have a proven track record of successfully managing a Mortgage Sales Team and be able to demonstrate strong management abilities in order to positively impact KPI’s.

The successful candidate must be able to convert Vision into Actions, be able to implement, monitor and assess the plan against changing landscape and then performance manage the Team as a whole, as well as each individual. They must have their finger on the pulse!

The candidate must also have demonstrated proven strategic acumen and have a tenacious approach to developing both their team and the business as whole.

Financial Services Development Manager - Qualification Criteria:

  • CEMAP qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced in developing and delivering technical and soft skills training.
  • Enthusiastic coach and motivator with a desire to develop and support others
  • Able to demonstrate success in a sales management role, within a regulated environment.
  • Must have a minimum two years’ demonstrable achievement of hitting sales targets in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent time management to cope with competing needs of business and team
  • Ability to deliver excellence in customer service in a result’s driven en­vironment.
  • Must be an internal and external business developer, capable of creating lasting building relationships with internal introducer and other departments, as well as lenders and providers
  • Display flexibility and adaptability at all times in response to the challenging, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills - both verbal & writ­ten - with the ability to effectively deliver to a wide audience
