Ongoing temporary Administrator required for an established Financial Services organisation, City Centre.

Your new company
This established financial services organisation seeking an Administrator to join their Liverpool City Centre Head office in their Inbound data entry department. Our client has gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years and have now become part of a larger organisation. This is a crucial role to the office as it is the first part of the finance process.

Your new role
You will be maintaining and controlling the receipt and booking in of all the finance proposals, accurately inputting all key information onto SalesLogix, processing applications, requesting finance documents and issuing to dealers and external representatives via email, fax and post and completing any other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent keyboard / data entry skills, attention to detail, be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks and have a strong team ethic.
