Financial Services Customer Service (No Sales - Not a call centre)

Maidstone - £11 an hour + Bonus potential

Our client is currently looking to employ a dedicated and reliable individual to join their Customer Service team.

Job roles:

  • Managing internal and external calls
  • Accurately entering information onto the database
  • Prioritising your workload
  • Action customer queries in a timely manner
  • Keep customer accounts up-to-date

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Previous telephone experience (desirable)
  • Be able to provide calm and compassionate support to customers and their families
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Good IT skills and be able to type accurately
  • Have a kind, caring attitude
