Financial Services Customer Sales Advisor
£18,000 - £19,000 plus annual bonus, fantastic benefits and free parking

Monday - Friday (hours between 8.45am - 7.30pm)
A truly exciting opportunity to join my prestigious financial services client as a Financial Services Customer Sales Advisor!
You will contact customers who have made applications for a personal loan and aim to complete their application with them over the phone or via email/webchat. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own workload and work with existing customers, who may be dreaming of that brand new car or once in a life time holiday! There is no cold calling involved with this role and you are not on a dialler; this is purely office based working in a team of 12. Responsible for managing your own time, you will be speaking to existing and prospective customers and will be expected to overcome any objections they may have, while making the application process as smooth as possible.
As a Financial Services Customer Sales Advisor you will communicate with customers over the phone and in writing, and deal with various enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will be working in a fast paced and quality focussed environment, joining a successful and reputable team. Ideally you will have knowledge of the financial services sector and would like to progress onto the next level and be rewarded for your work via commission and other incentives.
In order to be a successful Customer Sales Advisor you will have the following skills and experience;
- Previous Customer service, telephone based experience
- Banking background
- Educated to degree standard
- Sales experience - target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident, enthusiastic and have a consultative and proactive approach to sales
You will be joining a fun, friendly and dynamic team where there is a real focus on teamwork and supporting each other to achieve individual and group targets. The department is open between 8.45am - 7.30pm and you will work 37 hours per week between these hours. You would be expected to work one Saturday every 8 weeks and would be given a day off through the week to compensate you.
