This is a 'major brand' Investment, Life and Pensions Network operating throughout the UK (and elsewhere).
Business is obtained via a large number of Financial Advisers who have their own companies. The brand provides 'all round' support to these Adviser companies via Offices throughout the UK.
They now require a London Call Centre Manager to manage, motivate and continue training for its team of successful 'Call Consultants' . There is also a responsibility for new recruitment to augment the existing team.
This division's aim is to provide leads to obtain New Advisers to join the company via telephone marketing. These are then passed to the Field Recruiters throughout the UK.
The team make both outgoing calls and receive incoming calls from interested Advisers. They also have considerable data provided to them to help increase their success ratio.
The role is based in Central London although there may be some requirement for UK travel - particularly meeting the Field Recruiters from time to time.
Your background would ideally include marketing, call centre and financial services experience - maybe with success in Financial Services exams.
