Duties and responsibilities within this role includes:
- Dealing with a combination of inbound and outbound calls
- Process customer/client information in accordance with processes and procedures and where necessary updating records
- Support the Contact Centre with admin tasks such as emails and post from time to time
To qualify for an interview candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector
- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Good academic background, achieved 5 GCSE including English and Maths grades C or above
