Watson Evans Associates have been assigned by a firm of Financial Advisors who are looking to add a full time, permanent Administrator to their team.
This is a new role within the business, and you will be joining a successful and growing team. Depending on experience, your starting salary will be between £20,000 and £24,000.
Working to support a small team of advisors, you will be tasked with a wide range of admin related duties to include:
- Updating client records, including creating new client files
- Prepare files for meetings: valuations, money laundering checks, terms of business etc
- General system administration
- Processing new business paperwork
- Report writing
Ideally you will have previous experience working for an Independent Financial Advisor, or a similar professional office environment. You will be quick to adapt and learn new systems and processes, as well as keen and enthusiastic to be part of a growing organisation.
