Our client, a Financial Planning Practice based in Manchester City Centre are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their large and expanding team. Working directly for one of the Directors who is also a Financial Planner, and supporting another Adviser, the successful candidate will work alongside a team of Administrators and six Paraplanner's and will form part of a friendly and very professional team..
Our client is looking for an ambitious candidate to carry out a full administrative support function. Daily you will be responsible for all;
- New business processing
- Ensuring that partners are fully prepared for meetings with clients
- Assisting the Paraplanners in relation to investments and protection matters
- Submitting Investment, Pension and Protection applications
- Liaising closely with other companies to generate new leads for the advisers, etc.
The ideal candidate will come from an IFA Admin / Pensions background, however those with strong administrative skills from a Provider Background who have Pensions experience will also be considered.
