My client is a highly regarded company who specialise in providing independent financial advice. Due to their ongoing success they have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their talented team supporting Paraplanners and Advisers.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
Dealing with telephone / email enquiries, sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, creating and maintaining filing systems / client files, arranging meetings / booking appointments, updating and maintaining accurate records and registers, submitting new business proposals, compiling invoices and liaising with product providers.
Additional duties will include: assisting Advisers in the creation of client financial reports / letters, monitor fee payments from clients, attend staff meetings, maintain a computerised customer database, type and word-process various documents and electronic information, create financial reports using spreadsheets and prepare client portfolio reviews.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role together with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work to high standards.
