Financial Services Administrator

Our client, an established asset management firm with a presence across the UK and an outstanding reputation for their discretionary portfolio management proposition, is currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join their sales support function in Gatwick.

As part of a division offering discretionary investment advice to clients, alongside wider holistic planning (in particular tax mitigation such as IHT and trusts), the role will involve providing a comprehensive level of support to the firm’s advisers and technical support function. This will include a range of administrative duties, on-going client and provider contact and meeting preparation including the compilation of suitability letters and investment proposals.

To be considered it is a pre-requisite that any applicant has worked within sales support within a financial planning business. Knowledge of platforms/Intelligent Office is also a distinct advantage alongside excellent administration skills, attention to detail and a knowledge of regulatory procedures.
