- Creating meeting packs/review packs
- Processing new business applications
- Diary management
- Requesting and monitoring Ceding Information
- Ordering Stationery
- Answering the telephone/Reception duties
- Maintaining client databases
- General office administration
Applicants must be highly organised and capable of prioritising own work load, have a positive approach, confident telephone manner and great attention to detail. You must be able to deal with client queries in a timely, efficient manner and work to a busy workload and deadlines.
