Financial Services Administrator

Our client, a well established and successfully financial services intermediary is looking for a new administrator to join the team due to continued success and grown of the business.

Duties include:-

  • Creating meeting packs/review packs
  • Processing new business applications
  • Diary management
  • Requesting and monitoring Ceding Information
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephone/Reception duties
  • Maintaining client databases
  • General office administration

Applicants must be highly organised and capable of prioritising own work load, have a positive approach, confident telephone manner and great attention to detail. You must be able to deal with client queries in a timely, efficient manner and work to a busy workload and deadlines.
