Financial Services Administrator

I am currently working with a Large Scale Wealth Management practice who are recruiting within their very friendly and busy team for a Financial Services Administrator to join the team in Bournemouth.

Your key role will be to provide administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners to ensure their HNW clients receive a 5* service.

This is a excellent role for somebody to get their foot in the door of a highly successful business and progress through their FS career.

Key Duties:
• Maintaining and updating the database system
• Ad hoc client queries
• Being a main point of contact for clients
• Diary management for the team
• Provide administration support to the Client Support teams
• Processing New Business
• Preparing meeting packs
• Obtaining and analyzing information from providers

Key Skills:
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Forward thinking and ability to work on own and in a team
• Ambitious for a career within Financial Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
