Our prestigious client based in Bracknell are seeking highly motivated and committed Compliance Admin Assistant with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to join their team for a 3 month period.

Role

  • Requesting and obtaining key information from clients
  • Reviewing applications and reviewing documentation
  • Ensuring procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to at all times
  • Completing compliance checking and documentation follow-ups with clients
  • Delivering customer excellence to clients and assisting with queries from the client services desk
  • Responsible for data protection, updating document details, liaising with client services team, processing data
  • Identifying risks and escalating these to the business
  • Identification and development of appropriate resources, systems and processes that facilitate the efficient delivery of compliance services to the business
  • Processing client data within agreed processing timelines
  • Managing daily sales administration for the sales teams
  • Act as central point of contact for both the sales team and senior management for all matters relating to customer data
  • Ensure data quality and integrity of internal system to ensure it remains accurate, up to date and reliable at all times

Skills

  • Must have experience in compliance and reviewing documentation
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail is crucial
  • Fast and accurate inputting skills
