Our client are looking to recruit a Financial Services Training Manager covering an area within the M25 (home counties).
•To supervise Protection Consultants to meet requirements of companies Sales Development Scheme
•To ensure the development of Protection Consultants to achieve business targets and achieve high compliance and regulatory standards.
•To ensure FC’s have due regard to the interests of companies customers and treat them fairly resulting in customer outcomes of good or very good
•Line management of Protection Consultants for sales development and business results
•Recruitment, retention and development of PC’s
•Observation of appointments for sales development
•Identify training and coaching needs and deliver training and development plans for FC’s to ensure all relevant skills and qualifications are acquired and developed.
•One to one business reviews with FC’s
•Keyboard / IT skills.
•Written & oral communications.
•Planning & Organising.
Knowledge and Expertise (relating to specialist knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role
•Full CeMap Qualification
•Detailed knowledge of companies products
•Knowledge of Preview, Mortgage Sourcing and companies FS IT systems
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role
•Good educational background.
•Full CeMap or equivalent /
•Advanced CeMap preferable
•Full Driving Licence
•Experience working in Financial Services, preferably Life Insurance
•Planning and organising.
•Team working and leadership.
•Supervision and development of a Sales team in Financial Services
•Relationship management - Internal and External.
•Influencing skills.& sales procedures
