About the Role
The role is in the Banking & Capital Markets Performance team as part of the RGPS group. RGPS is a quarterly survey and advisory offering, focused on quantifying and assessing the Institutional Equities sell-side commission market share in an independent and unbiased way.
The team analyses McLagan’s proprietary quarterly industry performance data, identifying insights for clients regarding overall industry trends, client specific strengths and weaknesses and growth opportunities. This position will be responsible for supporting the quarterly survey process. Working with other senior leaders in the BCM Performance business, the successful candidate will contribute to creating and delivering presentations of our findings to the industry’s leading firms. In partnership with our Relationship Managers, the analyst will also have an opportunity to work on strategy and consulting projects for our clients to help them improve the performance of their equities businesses.
