The Sales Performance Analyst position is part of the Sales Operations Team in EMEA, supporting revenue of circa $250m across the EMEA region. EMEA Sales Operations supports the organisation by driving our understanding of our sales environment.

By applying best practice processes and financial discipline Sales Operations add values and promotes client-centricity to drive profitable growth for the region. It is therefore integral to the success of a business focussed on revenue growth.

The EMEA Sales Organisation is undergoing a major sales transformation as part of a wider initiative to stimulate growth and underpin our ambitious growth targets. To support the transformation, the EMEA Leadership Team has a need for a rapid improvement in the quality, depth and breadth of management information available.

The Sales Operations Team forms part of EMEA Finance function and there will be significant future opportunity for person growth, development and advancement.

Supporting and reporting into the new Head of Performance Management the Sales Performance Analyst will design, create and embed the necessary tools and processes into the business to deliver the desired MI improvements. To achieve this, they will be required to partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the functions of the business, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Strategy and Product Management to understand the needs and build a plan to meet them.

The objective is to enhance our understanding of performance in a rigorous way through sustainable change within the business. By leveraging the existing information systems and driving improvements in data quality the successful candidate will deliver a suite of regularly produced MI across a balanced range of performance indicators.

Key tasks include;

  • Process design and mapping

  • Creating excel tools for efficient collation and analysis of data

  • Defining KPIs and balanced scorecards

  • Creating summaries and commentary for digestion by functional and regional leadership

  • Integrating and interpreting information from multiples formal and informal sources

  • Ad-hoc analysis and presentation

  • Collaborating with colleagues and sales leaders in market to embed change


  • Positive attitude towards change and strong ethic on getting things done and doing things right
  • Ability to work with uncertainty and deconstruct broad objectives into deliverables
  • Able to work confidently with all levels in the organisation
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Understanding of business information systems and project management

  • Fluent in at least one other European language other than English

  • Experience of working across multiple European markets and acting with cultural sensitivity

  • Experience of working in a multi-dimensional matrix structure in a large organisation and/or managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
