What do we give you?
A competitive starting salary of £15-40,000 depending on experience

Our training programme for graduate / entry level candidates will provide you with relevant training that works with your strengths; this is a 12 month programme that sees training across sales, networking, presentation and negotiating.
We are an IIP (Investors in People) accredited environment since 2004 in recognition of the quality of our people training and development program. A structured 3 to 12 month induction and training program that will be given to you, this period of time will be taken with tutoring, training and coaching you in all aspects of the recruitment consultant's role. If you successfully complete this program you will become part of a team of established and experienced consultants but with responsibility for your own market segment. Daily visibility and support from the Directors of the company to ensure you are progressing and delivering to acceptable standards. Rewards directly related to personal performance with an industry leading remuneration scheme supplemented with a "super-billers" incentive and equity potential scheme.
