A dynamic and fast growing financial planning firm, based in the City of London are currently in the market for a Client Services Manager to head up a team of five support staff.
The role is responsible for managing the client services team ensuring that all client service related matters are dealt with accurately and on time, and in accordance with the high standards of service offered to clients. The team currently comprises 5 individuals ranging from paraplanner, implementation and administration support.
Additionally the role has a key responsibility for managing the overall end to end process of client delivery ensuring that workflow is effectively managed and controlled and developing company processes as the business grows. As part of a small team, it is a highly varied role with plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibility within the business. It does require someone who is prepared to be hands on.
