A new opportunity for an IFA Administrator focussing on Pensions & Investments has come available.

The role is working within the IFA admin support function whilst being supported by a team of Para planners and the Head of Administration.
The role duties are listed below and the client is looking to have someone start in January.
You will be:
Chasing providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner
Update clients progress of work flow
Chase client authorities with insurance companies
Ensure all documents held on client files are scanned to CRM
Issue documents to clients including post sales letters and plan schedules.
New business applications
Income Review Liaise with 3rd parties
Uploading of compliance documents to internal system in given time scales.
Adding and updating diaries with relevant updates for advisor's to be informed of
What you need to apply
We are looking for someone who wants to develop and to be part of a growing IFA practice.
We need candidate that have worked for a IFA practice or Provider previously.
Good Attention to detail
Organised and work well under pressure.
You need to have be confident working with Pensions and Investments
Working with Intelligent office or Adviser office is ideal, however full training provided.
Ideally have a relevant qualification or working towards. ( RO1) CF 1,2,3
Motivated and Positive.
